Shipping & Delivery Policy are as follows:

Estimated Delivery Time: We aim to process and deliver all orders within 2–4 working days across the UAE. Please note that deliveries may be affected during public holidays or peak seasons.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Delivery Charges & Coverage: Free delivery on all orders above AED 149 within the UAE. We currently deliver to all Emirates across the UAE.

Out of Stock Items: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock after an order is placed, our team will notify you via email or phone with further updates.

Payment Methods: We currently accept secure online payments through available payment gateways at checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at the moment.

Special Instructions: Customers may add special delivery instructions in the notes section at checkout to assist our delivery partners.

Damaged or Missing Items If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us immediately at marketing@emperperfumes.com and our team will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
