Delivery & Shipping Policy

Estimated Delivery Time:
We aim to process and deliver all orders within 2-5 working days across the UAE. We do not assure deliveries on public holidays.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, we will update you with the tracking details via email or SMS.

Delivery Charges & Coverage:

• Free delivery on all orders above 149 within the UAE.
• We currently deliver to all Emirates across the UAE.

Out of Stock Items:
All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email or phone.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
Yes! Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across the UAE. Simply choose COD as your payment method at checkout.

Special Instructions:
You can add any special delivery instructions in the notes section at checkout.

Damaged or Missing Items:
If your order arrives damaged or is missing an item, please contact us immediately at marketing@emperperfumes.com so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
